Quote of the week #3

This week I have been feeling a bit discourage with my fitness goals, I have hit a wall and have not lost anything for 2 weeks. I have not given up and are still going strong, however I am feeling discourage. So I decide I needed to find some fitness inspiration this week and give myself a reminder that it doesn’t happen over night and everyday I keep going I am making a change. So I hope this helps anyone else who is feeling like and I am.

Now get off that couch and get sweating with me 🙂

  1. Three wonderful and inspiring fitness quotes! There’s nothing more frustrating than a weight loss plateau. You’re working so hard, but nothing is happening to reward you for your dedication! I once went 6 weeks without the scale budging, and I couldn’t help but feel frustrated. These quotes definitely would have helped me. Hang in there!   2. Those are just the quotes I need! I am getting back to exercising & need some motivation. Once I get the routine going then I’m hooked, but getting started is the tough part. Thanks so much for linking up with #candidcuddles x
