This week I have been feeling a bit discourage with my fitness goals, I have hit a wall and have not lost anything for 2 weeks. I have not given up and are still going strong, however I am feeling discourage. So I decide I needed to find some fitness inspiration this week and give myself a reminder that it doesn’t happen over night and everyday I keep going I am making a change. So I hope this helps anyone else who is feeling like and I am.
Now get off that couch and get sweating with me 🙂
